An exhibit of lights that opened on Saturday at a botanical garden in Japan, is creating quite a sensation as images of the display flood Facebook, Tumblr and Twitter.
The Winter Illuminations exhibit at Japan's
Nabana no Sato Botanical Gardens runs through March 31, 2013. The theme of this year's exhibit is nature according to
My Modern Met.
Millions of LED lights sparkle all around the grounds, including on the water and in the gardens. The "Hana" corridor of light consists of 1.2 million lights.
