The mother of a 3-year old son was handed a ticket of $2,500 by an officer. The officer ticketed the mother because the son tried to pee in their front yard.
In an odd happening in Oklahoma, mother Ashley Warden was handed a $2,500 ticket from a police officer for what her three-year old son was doing: peeing in public; but, the son was supposedly peeing in the front yard. But, the police officer actually stopped the boy from actually peeing on the yard. The homeowners argued that it was on their private property; but, the cop argued that it was still public urination as it was in plain view. The boy's grandmother said that the boy should be able to urinate anywhere he wants for an amount like $2,500. Currently, the family plans on fighting the ticket in court. According to the police chief, the officer that gave the ticket could have handled the situation better.
