Syrian forces are clashing and misfiring into Israeli territory. The fighting between President Bashar Assad's forces and opposition forces in the areas close to Israel's border cause missiles to land into the border region on the Israeli side.
Several incidents have happened over the last few weeks but today Israeli national radio, Galgalaz and their new-site, Haaretz and Ynet news report that at least three Syrian mortars have fallen in the Israeli controlled Golan Heights. No injuries have been reported despite one of the mortars falling into the community of Alonei HaBashan and exploding in between a row of houses.
