A New York City Police officer has been arrested following a combined investigation by the FBI and the NYPD where it is alleged that the defendant has conspired to kidnap, kill , cook and eat a female victim.
The
investigation also alleges that
Gilberto Valle III was thinking big and intended to abduct, kill cook and eat at least 100 women.
He has been charged with one count of conspiracy to commit kidnapping and using
The National Crime Information Center to collect data about his intended victims.
