Man exposes his testicles to prove he wasn't masturbating

A man in Port St. Lucie, Florida, exposed his testicles to police officers in order to avoid being arrested for public lewdness.

According to Gawker, the incident occurred after police were dispatched to the parking lot of a CVS store, after they received a call about a man masturbating while sitting inside his vehicle. According to The New Age, a woman told police that she saw the man making an 'up and down' motion, but she did not see the man's private parts. According to Sun Sentinel, when cops questioned the man he told them that he was simply scratching himself because he had a rash on his testicles. He then volunteered to show it to the cops. Cops gave him permission, and the man exposed his testicles and a rash. Cops decided not to arrest him and they let him go.
