82-year-old sues trader Joe's after getting hit by can of tuna

New York - A New York Trader Joe's caught more than they bargained for as they're being sued by an elderly women over a can of flying fish.
Tatiana Strage, 82, was at shopping at the store on the Upper West Side of Manhattan last year when she was struck on the head by a can of tuna that fell from a shelf above her.
Strage claims in the lawsuit that store employees watched as she bled from her nose and complained of dizziness, before giving her a band-aid and some cleaning wipes.
Represented by her son, Strage is seeking $350,000 in damages from the grocery chain in part because – as a New York CBS affiliate reports – she's afraid to leave her house for any reason.
“As she was going for some canned goods, said Michael Strage, a stack of tuna fish cans that was well above eye level fell, and one of them struck her in the eye and the nose."
Strage's lawsuit isn't the only one recently served to Trader Joe's either. Earlier this month, the chain was named in a lawsuit alleging a Massachusetts four-year-old contracted salmonella from peanut butter carried by the store.
