The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel
is reporting that the shooter began firing shots in or near the Azana Salon & Spa which is located across the street from the Brookfield Square Mall. The shooter is described as a black male weighing approximately 270 pounds and around 6 feet 1 inch tall.
states that officials are calling the shooting a "mass casualty" situation and informing the public that the scene is not yet secured. Numerous roads around the crime scene are currently closed and area businesses are on lock down. Flight for Life is on standby near the mall and officials with nearby Froedert Hospital say they have received seven patients so far.
Tactical teams are currently on the scene according to the Waukesha County Law Enforcement Dispatch Live Audio Feed
. Police reported at 1:36 Central Time that the suspect is carrying a backpack which they believe contains both ammunition and weapons. They are actively looking for a vehicle reportedly used by the suspect and have set up the Brookfied Square Command.
At 1:42 pm Central Time, the Brookfield Square Command stated that a Propain cylinder IED device has been located in the building. The bomb squad are in route to inspect the device.

A Waukesha County Sheriff dispatcher has told Digital Journal that the suspect is reported to be wearing a camouflaged jacket, black pants and is balding. He has yet to be located and is believed to possibly still be in the spa. The FBI have hostage negotiators in route, although law enforcement officials are not calling it a hostage situation at this time.

At 4:18 pm CT a Waukesha County Sheriff dispatcher told Digital Journal that the suspect has been identified as Radcliffe Haughton. The dispatcher stated:
"The suspect is believed to be armed with an automatic or semi-automatic weapon He is 45 years-old and is the husband of a spa employee. Officers are continuing to clear the building in an attempt to locate the suspect and other possible victims."

is reporting that the suspect has been found dead in the spa.

The Associated Press
is reporting that three of the shooting victims have died of their injuries. Four victims are being treated at Froedtert Hospital for non life threatening injuries.
The suspect lived at a home in Browndeer Wis. Browndeer Police Chief Steven Rinzel said in a news conference about 10 minutes ago. He said Brookfield police contacted his department and requested a welfare check of the suspect's family members at the Browneer residence. When Browndeer police arrived at the home, they found family members outside and all were safe. The department then began the process of clearing the home and searching for possible explosives. Officers as of this update have not found any explosives, but they are continuing to search the residence.
Brookfield Police Chief Daniel Tushaus just concluded a news conference and has confirmed that suspect was found dead of a self inflicted gun shot wound. He also confirmed that three victims were found deceased inside the spa when police arrived.
