A British rugby player ended up rupturing his testicle during a match, but instead of getting help right away he decided to keep on playing.
According to New York Daily News, the rugby player, Paul Wood. ruptured his testicle during a match in Manchester.
According to The Herald Sun, Wood took a knee right to the groin early in the second half. Wood continued to play and after the game he gave interviews to reporters before he was taken to the hospital.
According to Stuff, Wood, 31, had to get surgery to remove his right testicle. He then went on Twitter and told his followers why he was going to be missing his side's Mad Monday.
Wood did manage to keep a sense of humor, saying that he felt like he left something behind at the hospital.
