American Idol's season 11 runner-up Jessica Sanchez has landed herself a recurring role on FOX's musical drama series "Glee," according to a popular US entertainment site.
TVline.com reports there are no details yet on what kind of role Sanchez will play or when she will appear on the show.

Sanchez, who recently graced the Democratic National Convention held at Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, North Carolina, has been guesting on popular prime time shows after winning as runner-up in the last season of American Idol.
Sanchez was recently in Manila along with the top winners of American Idol (season11) for the last leg of their US and Asian concert tour last month.
In the Philippines, where she was warmly received by adoring fans during her concert tour, the words “Jessica Sanchez on Glee” made it to the local trending topics on Twitter around noon on Tuesday, according to ABS-CBN News.
The 17-year-old singing sensation from Chula Vista, California, has started recording her first album under Interscope Records, a recording company based in Sta.Monica, California. Read more.
