A Florida man arrested two years ago after being caught red-handed having sex with a horse has allegedly been caught sneaking into the same barn and violating another horse.
WCTV reports that 44-year-old Patrick Louis Linn was arrested last week after allegedly being caught on tape trespassing into a Gadsden County barn and forcing himself upon a stallion named Sunny. It was the same barn that Linn had repeatedly entered in 2010 to have sex with horses. According to the Huffington Post, that time police caught Linn in the act of having sex with an animal. He fled and was later apprehended.
This time, horse owner Allen McDearmid suspected foul play after his wife found lubricant on the barn door.
"She then checked the horse... and I went down and checked the security video and sure enough there he was going into the stall," McDearmid told WCTV.
Linn was then arrested and charged with burglary, trespassing and sex acts with animals. Bestiality has been a crime in Florida since 2011.
Linn had been released in May after serving two years in prison for breaking into McDearmid's barn in 2010.
The case is reminiscent of that of Rodell Vereen, a South Carolina man who was twice busted for late-night trespassing trysts during which he violated a horse named Sugar. Vereen was released from prison in March 2011 after serving 16 months.
In other bestiality news from the Sunshine State, Carlos R. Romero, a 31-year-old farmhand charged with cruelty to animals after being found raping a miniature donkey named Doodle in Marion County, rejected a plea deal that would have barred him from having contact with animals. Romero said that such a deal would effectively deny him the ability to earn a living.
