It's no secret that Rick Ross and Drake are friends as the two have appeared on a number of tracks together, but perhaps Drake is rubbing off a bit on the MMG boss. Rozay has announced that his new mixtape will be called "The Black Bar Mitzvah."
The bawse tweeted Wednesday evening that he would be releasing The Black Bar Mitzvah mixtape on Monday October 8 at 2 pm.
The tape will be released on Datpiff, and right now, shows the tape's artwork, which features Rick Ross' face inside a gold Star of David. Below the artwork, there is a countdown right down to the seconds of the project's release.
There is no official word yet on who will be featured on the tape along with Ross, HipHopDX reports.
Most recently, Rozay released his fifth album, God Forgives, I Don't, which made it to #1 on the US Billboard 200, US Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, and US Billboard Top Rap Albums.
The newest single off God Forgives, I Don't is "Diced Pineapples" featuring fellow MMG member Wale, and YMCMB artist Drake.
His last mixtape, Rich Forever, was released in January and featured the single "Rich Forever" with French Montana and Drake, Rap-Up reports.
In late September, Ross' Maybach Music Group label announced the "MMG Tour," which will feature Rick Ross, Wale, Meek Mill, and Bad Boy Records rapper Machine Gun Kelly, HipHopDX reports.
The tour is set to kick off November 2 in Columbus, Ohio and conclude in San Diego, December 2.
