Senate hopeful blasts Obamacare

A video going viral is that of a Illinois senate hopeful, Dr. Barbara Bellar, offering a frank statement of her opinion of Obamacare.

1,845,459 views so far, and counting. That is the reception of the assessment posted to YouTube by Dr. Barbara Bellar, who is running for State Senator in Illinois. Dr. Bellar, aside from being hopeful of joining the Illinois Senate has also been a nun, an Army Major, lawyer, college professor and a physician. She can now also add to that resume, You Tube celebrity, with how she described the Obamacare program, as reported at Fox News “So, let me get this straight. This is a long sentence,”...“We are going to be gifted with a health care plan that we are forced to purchase, and fined if we don’t,” Bellar continues, “signed by a president who smokes, with funding administered by a treasury chief who didn't pay his taxes, by a government which has already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare, all to be overseen by a surgeon general who is obese, and financed by a country that’s broke.” Dr. Bellar's complete speech can be watched on YouTube also, although, unlike the short version the long version only has 2,300+ views. The long winded sentence was part of a warm-up for a recent Romney/Ryan event in the 18th district of Illinois. Perhaps Dr. Bellar's question after the long sentence summed it up best. "What the blank could go wrong with that?" With her stated goal of "shaking up the statehouse where Obama began" and her assessment that "They won't know what hit them," she just may be right.
