A man by the name of Aurelien, a twenty-year-old student, does not lose memories. He can remember each day as if it were yesterday.
Give Aurelien a date, say, in 2008, and he will remember what day of the week it was, what he ate that day, who he saw and even what the weather was like, according to Radio Times.
According to Daily Mail, Aurelien uses the right frontal lobe of his brain to retrieve information such as dates. The average person also uses that part of the brain for such things.
However, Aurelien's memory is increased because he also uses occipital areas located at the back of the brain as well as the left frontal lobe. These two sections of the brain are usually used when dealing with language or storing pictures.
According to Televisual, Aurelien is just one of a few people who have the ability to recall a huge amount of detail about their lives. Aurelien is the first person in the UK to go public about his talent.
Jill Price, an American school administrator, was the first person ever to be discovered with the ability to recall everything.
