UFC 152: Jon Bones Jones defeats Vitor Belfort

The results are in for the main event at UFC 152. The UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Bones Jones defeated Vitor Belfort.

Jones ended up defeating Belfort in the fourth round, after he made Belfort submit. According to MMA Junkie, Belfort looked tired as soon as the fourth round started and it was not long before the fight went to the ground, again. Jones ended up getting on top of Belfort, threw a few elbows and grabbed held of Belfort's arm and cranked it, and that was when Belfort tapped out. According to Bloody Elbow, Belfort did give Jones the biggest scare of his career when he got him into an armbar, but Jones eventually escaped. Jones' Mixed Martial Arts record now stands at 18-1-0, while Belfort's record is now at 21-11-0. UFC 152 was held at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Canada and some of the other fights that took place included Demetrious Johnson VS Joesph Benavidez, Michael Bisping VS Brian Stann and Matt Hamill VS Roger Hollett.
