London - It's no secret that Rihanna loves to party, but British tabloids are saying she went a little overboard this weekend at a London nightclub. She had a run-in with bouncers after she jumped on a table, smashing it.
The Sun reports a drunk Rihanna smashed the table when she jumped up on it, sending her crashing to the floor, breaking bottles of champagne and glasses, and causing onlookers to gasp in shock. Then as bouncers grabbed her and tried to drag her away, she's reported to have screamed, "Don't you know who I am?"
Friends of the superstar came to her aid, yelling, "That’s Rihanna, you idiots!" One friend tells The Sun, “Ri was telling the bouncers to get off and there was a scuffle. I don’t think they recognised her. Finally, before they got to the exit doors, they realised their mistake and the club manager ordered free drinks for the table. And a new table, of course.”
RiRi and her pals stayed at the trendy Rose Club until about 4am when she hopped onto a scooter in her thigh-high snakeskin boots and headed out to a friend's home to continue the party until about 6am.
Rihanna is apparently in London working on her clothing line and has been spotted around the city over the past week.
