The video shows Tisha demonstrating remarkable dexterity with her feet and toes. MSN Now remarks on her "leaping up onto the counter with no arms maneuver," a remarkably brave thing to do given that a slight misjudgment could lead to a serious accident (remember Tisha does not have arms to use for breaking a fall).
