A woman was attacked by the father of her kids while she was driving home from work. The man was hiding in the trunk of her car.
The man, Peter Maya, 24, is now facing charges of kidnapping and battery after he kept hitting the woman, Keisha Bethel. He even threatened to crash her car, according to Sun Sentinel.
According to UPI, Maya was hiding in Bethel's trunk and then he ended up squeezing into the backseat. That is when he started to hit her.
Bethel told cops that when she tried to flee Maya pulled her right back into her car. Maya eventually stopped attacking Bethel, and he took off.
According to the police report, the couple has three kids together and they lived together for over four years. The couple also share ownership of the vehicle.
