Ellen Page receives death threats over Twitter

Los Angeles - Police in Los Angeles are looking into death threats made against Canadian born actress, Ellen Page, via Twitter. A number of threatening phone call were also made to the L.A. film festival, where Page's latest film, "To Rome, with Love", premiered.

On Friday, detectives involved in the case sought a search warrant in order to trace the Twitter account of the sender. In one of the Tweets, the suspect wrote, " I'm going to murder Ellen Page. She's dead," the Los Angeles Times has reported, after reviewing an affidavit of the warrant. No further leads in the case have been reported, yet.
