Man urinates on woman after she rejects his advances at bar

Boulder police arrested a man who witnesses say approached a woman and when she rejected his advances, he urinated on her.

A report says that the man arrested was Timothy Paez, 22, and the witnesses say he urinated on a woman after she rejected his advances on Saturday night. According to Colorado Daily, the woman says she was at the Shooters Grill and Bar and was approached by Paez around 11.45 p.m. The woman said that Paez put his arm around her and she said "um, really" and Paez decided to take his arm away. According to Opposing Views, just a few moments later the woman felt liquid hitting her leg. She told police at first she thought it was beer spilling but when she took turned around she saw Paez with his penis out, peeing on her leg. According to Daily Camera, Paez was then escorted out of the bar by the staff. They contacted a police officer who was nearby and the officer said that Paez was visibly intoxicated. The officer went onto say that most of Paez's answers were unintelligible. The officer said that Paez did admit to peeing on somebody but he did not say who. According to the report at one point Paez even thought he was peeing on another male, but he retracted that statement. Paez was arrested and brought into custody. As of now he remains at the Boulder County Jail and no bond has been set yet. A court hearing has also not yet been scheduled.
