A California judge has appointed Michael Jackson's nephew T.J., as a temporary new guardian for MJ's three children apparently because their grandmother had traveled to Arizona.
The Telegraph reports that Superior Court judge Michael Beckloff temporarily suspended Katherine Jackson as guardian because she was in Arizona and hadn't spoken to them in several days. Beckloff says she didn't do anything wrong but he says it appears she was being prevented from fulfilling her role as guardian through the "intentional acts of third parties."
This is just the latest drama being played out in the media by the Jackson family. Digital Journal reported earlier this week that Katherine Jackson was missing and a family member had filed a report with police. She turned up later at an Arizona spa and says she didn't take her cellphone inside with her while she had been resting for the past week. She says she is "devastated" by the judge's decision and is heading home now to deal with the issue and get back custody of the children. She is quoted on E-online saying she thinks the court decision, "was based on a bunch of lies, but I have a good idea who's doing that and who's behind that." She wouldn't elaborate.
E-online reports that five of MJ's siblings; Rebbie, Randy, Janet, Jermaine and Tito Jackson wrote a letter last week to the executors of Michael's estate, accusing them of faking the will and putting themselves in control. The letter demanded the executors resign. But that prompted a Twitter war between the King of Pop's 14 year old daughter Paris and her uncle Randy over the letter and over her concern about the whereabouts of her grandmother. A tearful Tito went on television and withdrew his name from the letter, just before his 34-year old son T.J. (Tito Jackson Jr.) was appointed temporary guardian.
CNN got a hold of security camera video showing a confrontation between Michael's children and his brothers Jermaine and Randy and sister Janet. They were trying to convince the children to leave Katherine Jackson's home with them on Monday. 14 year old Paris and 15 year old Prince resisted. The video shows Janet trying to take away Paris' cellphone and scolding her niece for tweeting about family problems on Twitter. TMZ reports that at one point Janet slapped Paris, saying, "You're a spoiled little bitch!" TMZ says an insider tells them that Paris slapped her Aunt Janet back saying, "This is our house. Not the Jackson family house. Get the f**k out!" Around the same time Paris tweeted, "gotta love fam."
