Her name is Michelle Jenneke
. She's only 19, but the Australian hurdler is even hotter tearing down the track and bounding over hurdles than she is when she's doing the warmup routine that's gained the world's notice.
At last week's IAAF World Junior Championships
in Barcelona, Spain, Jenneke loosened up for her 100-meter hurdle race by springing lithely up and down and wiggling her hips seductively to and fro, her ponytail swaying in the air, as she smiled and waved to the crowd.
Jenneke is then all business as she proceeds to destroy the competition in her heat. She ended up finishing 5th overall
, in 13.54 seconds.
The unedited video of the Aussie sprinting sensation has been replaced with this tacky, slow-mo show
featuring a horrid '80s soundtrack, is still something to behold. And behold it the world is, with 84,000 YouTube views and counting.
For those looking forward to seeing Jenneke in the 2012 London Olympics, disappointment awaits. She won't be competing this time around. But there's always 2016...
