Around 24 NATO supply trucks were destroyed in a bomb attack in Afghanistan. A device was planted on a fuel tanker, which detonated causing a fireball.
Digital Journal reported recently on the Taliban attack on the NATO supply convoy in Wardak province. A spokesperson said that several drivers and security guards were killed in the incident.
Now a video has been released showing the trucks on fire.
The convoy was transporting fuel into Afghanistan from neighboring Uzbekistan when the explosion occurred. The attack comes after Pakistan lifted a blockade on NATO supply routes into Afghanistan, which provoked anger across the country.
