I, Pet Goat II was created by Louis Lefebvre who has an independent computer animation studio just north of Montreal, Canada in the Laurentian mountains. Heliofant.com was created on February 13, 2006 and was dormant until July of 2012. This video is creating quite a stir as many try to dissect its meaning and the meaning of each of its characters as one viewer of it spent over 27 minutes creating a video analysis of each of the characters featured in the video. A mysterious video, with animation that can be ranked at the top with the best, and a presentation to awaken a sleeping mind.
