Astana - A high school student was disqualified after he was caught with a 35-foot-long cheat sheet wrapped snugly around his body during a university entrance examination in Kazakhstan. The sheet was filled with 25,000 answers to questions.
Austria Times reports that the extraordinary effort was uncovered when examiners observed the student fidgeting suspiciously with his clothing before exam started. MSN Now reports that when the boy was searched, astonished examination officials found an endless strip of computer print-outs containing an estimated 25,000 answers to possible exam question in maths, history, Russian and Kazakh, wound carefully around his body under his clothing.
Anorak reports that education authority spokesman Bolatzhan Uskenbayev, said: "If he'd put half as much effort into studying as he did into cheating he would have sailed through the exam with a distinction. It's a pity too see all that work come to nothing but he cheated, and that's not allowed."
