Pop star Lady Gaga suffers minor injury after she was accidentally hit by a metal pole while performing on the stage, at a New Zealand venue, of her concert, Sunday night.
A video posted on YouTube, shows a back-up man accidentally hitting Gaga in the head as he was removing from the stage what appears to be a metal pole being used as a prop during the show.
Gaga was visibly hurt as the pole hit her head prompting her to move backstage presumably to assess her injury and seek medication.
Later she told her fans of the injury, saying she will finish the show.
"I wanna apologise if I'm rambling tonight, but not sure if you noticed, I hit my head earlier and I think I may have a concussion," she later told fans, TVNZ reported.
"Don't worry though, I'm gonna finish the show." she added.
In her Twitter post, Tara Savelo, Gaga's make-up artist said she is going to be okay.
''Gaga has a concussion but she is going to be okay,'' her makeup artist Tara Savelo, according to mb.com. ''She wants u to know she loves u. I'm taking care of her. Cant believe she finished the show.''
The popular pop diva is proceeding to Australia after the New Zealand concert, to start her Australian leg of "Born This Way" concert tour.
The Indonesian segment of her concert tour had been cancelled due to protests from Muslim hardliners.
