In their latest strike, the collective of hacktivists have attacked the Aryan Front Neo-Nazi website, leaving messages and downloading member information.
On Friday morning, users of the "white community" web forum found messages from Anonymous hacktivists when logging in. All posts made on Aryan-Front.com appeared to have been erased from the server, or at least were rendered unavailable to its 1,441 registered users.
Messages on the home page included "Hacked by Anonymous", "F*ck off, Nazi scum" and "You should have expected us."
The attack was made by the collective under the codename #OpBlitzkrieg.
While the website now appears to have had its account suspended, the Anonymous collective not only defaced the home page, but also downloaded a series of archived forum posts and private messages. The hacked home page can be viewed here.
According to tweets on various Twitter accounts associated with Anonymous, they have started to release this information. Anonymous has so far released a huge .sql database, nearly 80mbs in size, containing information on Aryan-Front and posted to the file-sharing website MediaFire. Journalists are apparently going through this data for more insight into the Neo-Nazi organization.
While the website was still up and running, coincidentally, the forum had the busiest day for traffic on Friday, with 1,051 users visiting the home page at one time.
From preliminary research into the downloaded data, one of the first pieces of text included in the .sql file is a message from one administrator to another reading: "Aside from that we should be able to make this board work as long as there is no security problems (I hope)."
Continuing from there, the document is full of racist quips and anecdotes and includes a copy of the National Socialist doctrine, including items like “We believe that Adolf Hitler was the gift of an inscrutable Providence to a world on the brink of Jewish-Bolshevik catastrophe, and that only the blazing spirit of this heroic man can give us the strength and inspiration to rise from the depths of persecution and hatred, to bring the world a new birth of radiant idealism, realistic peace, international order and social justice for all men.”
Besides many candid comments about race, the Aryan-Front members often digress into discussing security for their web surfing in order to protect themself from cyberattacks.
One post reads: “If my ISP gets a court order to release my internet records all they can determine is the times I was online, the bits tranferred and the fact that I visited an anonymous proxy service in a foreign country that … does not keep any logs! In other words the jews get shit.”
The Aryan Front really should have expected this, as Anonymous posted the above video in November last year.
