On June 10, the OWN network will air an exclusive interview with Michael's Jackson's daughter Paris Jackson by Oprah Winfrey.
The 14-year-old told Oprah that she is no longer confused about why her father disguised her and her brothers with an array of masks, reported The Huffington Post. She stated that she now understands her father's intentions was for his children to try to lead a normal life. He told us that when he was younger he didn't really have a childhood. He would always be stuck in the studio singing while the kids were out playing. He wanted us to have that.
During the interview, Paris spoke about the death of her father, saying that the pain is still raw, according to The Daily Mail . She also talked about her career as an actress. She is set to star in the fantasy movie Lundon's Bridge and the Three Keys.
According to Entertainment Weekly, this was not the teenager's first interview. In December, Paris appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show and mentioned that she comprehends her father's intentions for the masks. She also told Ellen about her dreams of acting, her singing, and love of children.
