A lawsuit claims that an Italian eatery in NYC was allegedly charging customers for pizza slices as well as sex with the waitresses.
Olga Contreras is a former employee of an Italian eatery that is located just a few steps away from Yankees Stadium. Contreras is suing the owners of the restaurant for sexual harassment. Her lawyers, Matthew Blit and Amanda Gudis, say that the bartenders and waitresses at the restaurant were moonlighting as hookers.
According to the New York Post, Contreras said that she saw one worker often giving customers oral sex as well as witnessing other employees going into the restroom with customers.
According to Complex, Contreras claims that she had to clean up used condoms and that she even suffered a miscarriage. Contreras claims that the owners of the restaurant forced her to lift heavy things that that is why she had a miscarriage. Contreras said that she got fired when she went into the restaurant's kitchen and said she was hungry.
According to Fox, The documents were filed on Tuesday. In the documents Contreras says that she worked at the pizza joint from 2005 to 2012, and she did not prostitute herself.
A reporter from the NY Post did try to contact the restaurant on Tuesday, but the phone was not in working order.
