A video of a prank zombie attack was posted to YouTube after the May 26 "zombie" attack in which Rudy Eugene chewed off the face of a homeless man. Many viewers have criticized the prank, saying it was a tasteless and dangerous prank.
The video begins with a zombie alert message: "On Saturday May 26, 2012, a naked man was chewing on the face of another naked man in downtown Miami. After police arrived the man kept eating and growling, the police had to open fire until the cannibal was dead... It's not over, it's only the beginning!"
The video shows a man dressed up as a "zombie" in a ripped and blood-stained shirt, running around the streets, rushing at people and pretending he is a zombie. The video shows the fear, alarm and panic on the faces of many of the prankster's victims as they take to their heels. One of the prankster's victims appears to contemplate shooting at the "zombie" with a gun, but instead, he turns and flees.
The prankster attacks a group of teenagers in a basketball court, but after initial fear, the teenagers approach him and the prankster takes to his heels. The video ends with a crowd of teenagers pursuing the "zombie."
The video was posted to YouTube on June 2 by "VitalyzdTv" and it has gone viral with over 250,000 views.
The poster comments: "Very Dangerous Prank! Almost Got Shot at 2:00! DO NOT TRY IT!"
Daily Mail reports some viewers have expressed amusement at the prank, but others have pointed out the great risk the prankster exposed himself to. People have been warned they may get shot if they copy the prankster in this video.
