This weekend I attended the new Harry Potter experience at the Warner Brothers studios near Watford, just outside of London, UK. I've included a selection of the photographs I took during the visit.
Harry Potter is a series of seven fantasy novels written by the British author J. K. Rowling.
Early on in the tour, visitors enter the Great Hall, which is set out for dinner. Along the side are many props and costumes.
There are many models inside the two giant sound stages, such as:

Plus recreations of sets:

Half-way through, butter beer is served. Quite tasty by all accounts (the woman below is shown drinking some):

Outside, between the two sound stages are the bigger set pieces:

Most of the scenery is original:

One of the most impressive parts of the experience is a giant model of Hogwarts. The model moves through day and night, changing in color.

If you are fan of Harry Potter books or movies, or are generally interested in how movies are made, the Warner Brothers tour is worth visiting.
The models were very life-lie including this one of the mischievous house-elf Dobby.
