Samberg leaving Saturday Night Live

Andy Samberg will be leaving Saturday Night Live. Samberg has officially decided to not come back to Saturday Night Live.

Andy Samberg confirmed that he will defintely be leaving NBC's Saturday Night Live. According to MSNBC, the rapper/actor/comedian said that it is not a huge shock that he is not coming back but he does feel emotional about leaving the show. He also said that it is a strange moment in his life. According to ABC, Samberg's departure from SNL comes after the departure of fellow cast member Kristen Wiig. According to Extra, Samberg has been on SNL for seven seasons. Samberg is also responsible for the digital short movies. Samberg also did a video with Justin Timberlake, and that video was titled D**K in a Box. Samberg will be appearing on the big screen on June 15. Samberg will be appearing alongside Adam Sandler in the movie That's My Boy.
