article imageOp-Ed: Bilderbergers breaking the Logan Act?

By Anne Sewell     Jun 2, 2012 in World
Chantilly - Theories are now being spread around that the Bilderberg Conference is actually illegal. All attendees could literally be arrested for breaking a certain law.
Every year corporate CEO's, international lawmakers, major banksters, royalty and leaders of countries worldwide attend the Bilderberg Conference.
This exclusive meeting has always, in the past, been shrouded in secrecy. Now people are theorizing that by meeting "off the record" as they do, they are actually breaking a very important U.S. law.
As reported on Digital Journal the 2012 Conference is currently running. That article lists the current list of attendees, with some very important people included.
Due to the secrecy surrounding previous meetings, little is known about what is discussed. However, some journalists and rogue reporters have managed, over the years, to infiltrate the event, or learned from insiders what the various subjects under discussion were.
Occupy Bilderberg has been megaphoning and blasting sirens at the conference room all day.

Occupy Bilderberg
With more and more truth coming out these days, this year's session is definitely not a secret. Occupy Bilderberg are protesting outside, Luke Rudkowski and Alex Jones are reporting live on the various happenings, such as arrests being made outside the hotel hosting the conference.
There are reports circulating that some of the world's most important decisions are actually made at the Bilderberg Conferences. With people like U.S. Senator John Kerry and World Bank Group President, Robert Zoellick and many world bankers and royalty on the guest-list, this doesn't really surprise.
However, if this IS the case, then a certain long-standing federal law prohibits what these elite beings are doing.
The Logan Act is a U.S. law which was passed by President John Adams in 1799 (last amended in 1994). The act states that American citizens cannot negotiate with foreign officials without the authorization of the U.S. Government.
The text of the act reads, "Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.”
Some theorize, however, that the U.S. government is actually run by the Bilderbergers, so it probably won't apply. Damn.
As reported in the Digital Journal article, politicians including former presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton, both attended Bilderberg conferences prior to being elected as President.
U.K. former Prime Minister Tony Blair was in attendance at the 1993 Bilderberg Conference before becoming P.M. in 1997. In the video below, Luke Rudkowski interviews Blair about his attendance at Bilderberg:
The 2008 conference was believed to have spawned the Presidency of Barack Obama.
Prison Planet suggests that a past Bilderberg Conference developed the idea for the Euro currency. They theorize that the 2005 conference dealt with how to influence the price of oil.
This year, Prison Planet is covering breaking news including a "Bilderberger death wish for Ron Paul." They covered the arrest of activists for the unpardonable crime of exercising the First Amendment in public, by photographing the participants as they arrived in limos.
The theory on the debate that is currently underway is who the next hand-picked President will be. Will it continue to be Obama, or his supposed rival Mitt Romney? Many news outlets have been speculating that Senator Marco Rubio will be chosen as the vice president.
You think your vote really counts? Sounds like the vote of the Bilderbergers comes first.
Prison Planet also report that with the Syrian National Transitional Council head, Bassma Kodmani, attending the 2012 Bilderberg Conference, another item on the agenda might be the toppling of President Al-Assad from power and the installation of a "NATO-friendly" administration in the country. All helps towards attacking Iran of course. Handy.
Alex Jones is also saying that Bilderberg is discussing the creation of a world bank to solve the financial crisis, apparently created by them. One world currency. No more dollars, euros, etc. This would then be a total cashless control grid. If you don't obey into the system, you don't survive? Scary.
And have a look at the video below. The words of Rockefeller are even more scary, as is his photo!
Ah, but we can hope that somebody takes the Logan Act into account and turns up at the Marriott hotel in Chantilly, Virginia with a bunch of arrest warrants. Wouldn't that be something to really make the news?
