Video: 3-year-old boy on toy scooter survives heavy traffic

Wenzhou - The incident was captured on a CCTV camera in the city of Wenzhou in Eastern China. The child weaves his way through heavy traffic and survives.

The video above shows the 3-year-old child pedaling without a care through the heavy traffic on his toy scooter, during rush hour, on a very busy street in Wenzhou, Eastern China. The child narrowly avoids being hit by many vehicles including buses. Luckily, a policeman spotted him and quickly rushed him to safety. Apparently his grandfather, who was caring for him at the time, had gone to the toilet. When he returned and rushed out to find the child, the policeman returned the boy to him safely.
