A couple of moms are being accused of spraying Lysol on teens who were dirty dancing and the mothers were calling the girls names that were inappropriate.
Two mothers chaperoned a prom that was taking place at the Manitou Springs High School and they allegedly sprayed Lysol disinfection spray on teens who were dancing dirty and the moms were calling girls names such as "whores."
According to the Denver Channel, a female prom goer notified police and asked if she could file a report.
According to the New York Daily, police say that around eight students had to leave prom after they were sprayed with the spray. The students got some of the spray in their mouths and eyes.
According to the Smoking Gun, the two mothers, Jennifer Farmer and Hannah Rockey, both 42, told police that she had ways to deter students from dirty dancing and using Lysol spray was one of them. The mothers also told police that the dancing was filthy and is something that people would see on the MTV network.
The mothers were cited for harassment and they did not stay for the rest of the prom.
