Show host Ryan Seacrest sat down with Lopez recently and asked about her thoughts on being part of the next season of
American Idol show.
“I don’t know,”
Lopez began. “I have some movie things in the works and I have the tour. I love the show. It hurts me to think about not doing it,” she said.
Lopez initially got into the show for $12 million and as early as August of last year it appeared she bagged another year as a judge for $20 million. Apparently, no deal has been made yet as JLo bared her plans for a European concert along with her new boy friend
Casper Smart.
Lopez is reportedly
teaming up with the young Enrique Iglesias for the European tour but they're still polishing the show and trying to settle who among them will get the top billing.
American Idol is staging its finale on May 23 with the announcement of the current season winner. Three more contestants are left which include Jessica Sanchez, Joshua Ledet and Philips Philips.
One of them will be voted out in Thursday's show, leaving two contestants in the show finale on May 23.
