Sydney - Determined ‘Occupy Sydney’ protestors are still occupying a small area of Martin Place in Sydney’s central business district (CBD).
At the time of Digital Journal’s visit, on Monday 14 May 2012, at around midday, there were three ‘Occupy’ protestors manning the site. There had been a few others, but they left to go somewhere.
A protestor from Melbourne Occupy, who hadn’t been with Sydney Occupy for very long explained that they survive off donations, busking and homeless support. He said that every time the police move them on, they pack up everything and then set up somewhere else.
