Ashleigh and her dog Pudsey won Britain's Got Talent on Saturday night. Ashliegh and Pudsey won the competition after they performed a 'Mission Impossible' themed act.
Ashleigh, 17, and Pudsey, 6-years-old, beat out Jonathon Antoine, 17, and Charlotte Jaconelli, 16, to win Britain's Got Talent. Ashleigh and Pudsey received the most votes, and that left Welsh Choir Only Boys to take third place.
According to DailyMail, the judges on BGT all greed that this year's show was very hard to call because the standard of the 11 acts have been very good.
According to Mirror, all of the judges had positive things to say about the act. David Williams said that he couldn't believe that Ashleigh was able to come back and do a different act. Alesha Dixon said that Ashleigh was showing people the things dogs are capable of doing when they are shown love. Amanda called the act unbelievable and that Pudsey was everybody's best friend. Simon Cowell said that the act was a miracle.
According to The Sun, this was the first time ever that a dog act has gone on to win the entire show.
As for Jonathan and Charlotte, they were very excited to come in second place. Charlotte said that it was incredible that they came in second.
