Thousands of people gathered on a cool, misty Saturday morning along Chicago's lakefront in support of Walk Now for Autism Speaks.
The annual 3-mile walk raises awareness and funds for autism research. Many participants were motivated by personal experience and recent news that one in 88 American children will be diagnosed with autism.(
