The Chicago Bulls, owners of the league's best record along with the San Antonio Spurs, are now down 3-1 in the first round's best of seven series against the Philadelphia 76ers.
The Bulls were without former MVP Derrick Rose and starting Center Joakim Noah as the 76ers cruised to a
89-82 victory. Noah sat out after injuring
his ankle in game 2. Noah's date of return is still unclear.
Spencer Hawes led the 76ers with a 22 point 8 rebound performance. Jrue Holiday padded the statsheet for Philly as the Point Guard scored 20 points dished 6 assist and grabbed 8 boards.
Carlos Boozer led the Bulls with 23 points and grabbed 11 rebounds in the losing effort at the Wells Fargo Center.
The series will return to Chicago on Tuesday. Trailing 3-1 in the series with Noah and Rose being hurt along with Luol Deng's
poor play on offense will make a comeback very difficult for the Bulls.
