, the family comprised three of bin Laden's widows and 11 children, while other reports
suggested seven children and four grandchildren were deported along with bin Laden's three widows.
Although Osama bin Laden was stripped off his Saudi citizenship in 1994, his family in Saudi Arabia facilitated the arrival of his family from Pakistan, with some family members meeting the group at the airport. The group was allowed to enter the Kingdom on humanitarian grounds.
reported that relatives of Amal Ahmed Abdel-Fatah al-Sada, the Yemeni widow of bin Laden, had received assurances she and her five children would be allowed to stay in Saudi Arabia.
An official source said there was "no information or evidence of the family's involvement or participation in any criminal or illegal acts" adding “It is not sound to dwell into details affecting the privacy of the Bin laden family.”
