The Vancouver Canucks have a big hill to climb and will continue their journey Sunday in Vancouver in game 5 of their first round series with the L.A. Kings. As of the afternoon of Thurs., April 19 game time had not been announced.

The teams will have had 3 full days between games after Vancouver made the series 3 games to 1 on Wednesday with their 3-1 road win. The schedule should suit the Canucks as Daniel Sedin returned from a concussion for game 4 and it gives him an extra day to rest and prepare.

Sunday are still being decided. Other Sunday games include Nashville in Detroit (if necessary, Nashville leads the series 3-1 and they play Friday in Nashville); Pittsburgh in Philadelphia (if necessary, the Flyers lead that series 3-1 and they play in Pittsburgh on Friday).
The other match-up for Sunday, April 22 has Boston in Washington, but that series, too might be over by Sunday. Boston leads the series 2 games to 1 and they play game 4 in Washington Thursday then game 5 in Boston Saturday. They are then scheduled, providing the Bruins don't win both those games and take the series, to play game 6 the very next day on the Sunday.
Daniel Sedin skated on Thursday in Vancouver, the day after their win in L.A., and appears not to have had a recurrence of concussion symptoms.
