The video discusses the possibility of a manned lunar base in the next 10 years. Russia is speeding up the space race and is also making future plans for Mars.
Digital Journal reported earlier this month on Russia's plans for visiting the moon and also the eventual creation of a manned lunar base planned for after 2020.
The above video discusses how Russian space scientists are making preparations for their ambitious goal of gaining a foothold on the Moon within the next 10 years.
The announcement of this next "giant leap for mankind" coincides with the 51st anniversary of the first manned space flight.
