A 20-year-old man in Maryland was a creative entrepreneur, supplying goods to two distinctly different client bases. Anthony Hoskins, in La Plata, Md., was combining selling ice-cream from an ice-cream truck with the sale of marijuana.
That is until the police creamed him.
The sheriff's office in Charles County recently got a tip from a Crime Solvers program and moved in to check out Mr. Hoskins ice-cream truck. A drug-sniffing dog gave police the green light that there was marijuana present and they found what they called a sizable amount stashed in Hoskins' underwear, along with cash.

Officer Diane Richardson was quoted by msnbc as saying they might have done even better had they got to him earlier but they still found enough to charge Hoskins with a serious offense. "We wish we got that call just a bit sooner so we could have found more drugs, but what we did find was significant enough to show that he had been dealing it, and for us, we're removing a drug dealer off the streets."
Richardson said Hoskins was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana. "Ice cream or marijuana, you could take your pick with this guy," she said.
