Harcourt e-Learning Offers Content-Rich Online Library

MONTEREY, Calif. - Harcourt e-Learning announced plans to offer extensive online library services to academic institutions.
The Harcourt e-Learning Online Library is offered for a per-user licensing
fee and features information covering all major subject areas, including
history, literature, philosophy, business, education, humanities, health care,
and information technology. Users will have access to:
  • Nearly 20 databases containing journal and magazine articles,
    newspapers, encyclopedias, dictionaries, health care information,
    public policy reports, and more.
  • Millions of articles from nearly 5,000 unique journals and periodicals.
    Articles are in full text whenever possible.
  • Annotated Web links to sites covering business, computers, arts and
    culture, education, entertainment, government, recreation, travel, and
    more. Users will also find links to almanacs, currency converters,

The Harcourt e-Learning Online Library also includes Guidebooks designed
to facilitate research on the Web. Topics include, How to Use the Web,
Evaluating Information on the Web, Writing a Research Paper, and Citing
Electronic Sources. There are even guidebooks covering MLA, APA, and Chicago
Manual styles of documentation.
