Brian Austin Green, along with wife, Megan Fox, are being sued by a paparazzi photographer after he claimed the former roughed him up and Fox kept egging on to do it.
Actress Megan Fox along with her husband, Brian Austin Green, are being sued for assault after they allegedly gave a tongue-lashing to photographer, Delbert Shaw.
According to TMZ, Shaw was snapping a few shots of the duo in front of the Four Seasons resort in Hualalai, Hawaii, when they purportedly made "verbal threats" against him. In the suit filed in L.A. Superior Court this morning, the paparazzi man claims Fox instigated Green, saying, "Are you going to let him get away with that?" and brought the situation to its breaking point.
Reportedly Green went on to physically assault Shaw and even went as far as to throw his iPhone into the sea, says Perez Hilton.
Shaw says Fox kept egging her hubby on the entire time, thus convincing the photog to take her to court along with Green, reports Reuters.
In addition, according to said website, any form of instigation or encouragement for someone else to throw punches does make you complicit in the charge of assault; not only civilly, but criminally as well.
