As spring takes hold in the Spanish countryside, a myriad of beautiful flowers appear, making a walk an absolute pleasure.
While rain has been scarce in the south of Spain over the winter season, the flowers are still appearing in profusion.
Taking a stroll along country lanes amid the small farms and country properties is an absolute pleasure.
Explore the ruins of houses on the hilltops - fascinating to see, these houses have very thick walls, perfect for isolating the householder from both the heat of summer and the cold of winter. Current construction companies could take a few tips from these homes!
