article imageEx-Microsoft employee creates long distance vibrator app

Some couples cannot enjoy each other's company on Valentine's Day due to long distances. Thanks to Justin Wilcox, a man can make sure his special lady is "taken care of" on the annual day of love with a new mobile app.
Wilcox has developed the "Closer ToGetHer" app, available on iTunes and the Android Market. The app allows a user to control the vibration function of a cell phone, according to Slashgear.
Wilcox is a former Microsoft employee who came up with the idea after hacking the Xbox's vibrating controller function, making the force feedback motor that created the effect to respond to music instead of impacts on screen.
Wilcox was quoted as saying, "“I’m not a pervert, and this isn’t how I spend most of my time or anything. I’d rather be helping kids or something.”
The app can also control the OhMiBod music controlled vibrator, which can be plugged into an iPod or iPhone.
You can get the Closer ToGetHer app at the app's official site along with iTunes and the Android Market for $9.99.
