Miss Piggy really made her mark at the press conference which followed the premiere. Joining Kermit the Frog, the duo hit back at criticism levelled by Fox Business host Eric Bolling last December, as reported byDigital Journal.
Bolling accused the Muppets of promoting a "dangerous liberal agenda" according to OetZitterd. He pointed out that if they had a problem with oil companies they would not have spent the whole movie driving round in a gas-guzzling Rolls Royce.
The final word belonged to the diva herself, Miss Piggy, who described the criticism as being "as laughable as accusing Fox News of being news."
