Train riders in major cities across the world plan on taking part in the annual event called No Pants Subway Ride on Sunday.
Train riders will gather together at train stations worldwide. They will dress in shoes and shirts but no pants. Dozens of cities are taking part, including London, Mexico City, Tel Aviv, Washington D.C. and New York City.
According to CNN, the pranksters will act casual about it. They will have conversations with fellow riders, listen to music, read and just do normal things, except with no pants on.
Once the rides are complete, the pranksters plan on gathering together at specific bars for chatter and drinks.
According to Gather, the event was started by Imrpov Everywhere. The point of the event is to just act normal while in just a pair of underwear.
The website suggests that participants wear interesting underwear. However, the site does not say why participants are not going to be wearing pants.
According to sources, this year will be the fifth year for the event. The event will start at 2pm and end at 5pm.
The event is not affiliated with any sort of nudism event or group. The event is to enjoy the “hilarity” of 400 or so people just forget to put on pants for the day.
