In the not-so-distant past, Donald Trump was hoping that he would be speaking about his own performance in the Republican caucuses in Iowa. However, he is announcing who will be on his reality show.
Trump’s show, Celebrity Apprentice, starts on February 12, and he is announcing a list of celebrities who will join him on his show.
According to Deadline, Trump said that the men who will be joining him on the show include Adam Carolla, Arsenio Hall, Clay Aiken, Penn Jillette, Lou Ferrigno, Paul Teutul Sr., Michael Andretti, Dee Snider and George Takei.
Some of the women that will be on the show are Debbie Gibson, Cheryl Tiegs, Lisa Lampanellie, Dayana Mendoza, Patricia Velasquez, Teresa Guidice and Aubrey O’Day.
According to the Washington Post, Victoria Gotti will also be joining the cast of the Celebrity Apprentice.
Trump announced who will be joining him on the show during an appearance on the “Today” show, on Wednesday.
According to MSNBC, there were a few contestants in the studio when Trump made the announcement. Lauer talked with the contestants and Trump, who said that until the show ends in May, he can’t consider jumping into the political race.
Lauer asked how quickly the candidates showed a take-no-prisoners attitude, seeing that there are already three episodes taped. Gotti said she thinks everybody was surprised and said that you can’t imagine how quickly that kind of attitude emerged.
Trump said that some of the contestants are very smart people, as well as very competitive.
The ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ airs on NBC on February 12.
